After the 2023 Galleri Classic (a Champions Tour event), the Scot called it a career. Before leaving stage left, the 1988 Masters winner will get one last hoorah at Augusta National.

After more than 50 years of playing professional golf, he retired. He was a top-ranked golfer in Britain during the 1980s and has 30 professional wins.
Lyle is a five-time Ryder Cup member. Other career highlights include the 1985 Open Championship win and 1988 Masters.
Lyle was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame 2012 and will continue to be an outstanding ambassador for the game through his retirement.
