The 2023 U.S. Senior Open will feature a star-studded lineup in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
Stevens Point was informed two years prior that it would be hosting the event. The USGA made the announcement in February 2021. This will be the third USGA Championship to take place at this site. The USGA announced the news in February 2021, marking the third USGA Championship at the site.
Sentry Insurance built the facility in 1982, as part of an indoor sports complex which includes banquet rooms and restaurants. The 200-acre property is centered around the championship layout.
