Golf legend Vijay Singh teamed up with Qass, his son, to win the PNC Championship last weekend.
They were followed by Tiger Woods’ son Charlie in eighth place. Charlie is, of course, the most talked about 13-year old in golfing. Both were unable to repeat last year’s winning position due to their leg injuries, but they still had a lot of fun.
There has been much written about Charlie’s attention at such a young stage. This is something that the 15-time major champion is keen to avoid. So imagine Charlie’s reaction when he heard that a six year-old golfer has signed a NIL agreement. SIX YEARS!
Recently, Sunday golf held a press conference to showcase Patton Green and his father Matt. They discussed the news that Patton Green has signed the Name Image-Likeness agreement, making it the youngest such partnership in sport history.

Patton, despite his young age, has already won several titles including the 2022 Southern California State Championship for Six and Under, as well as nine other first-place finishes at competitive tournaments.

Matt Patton, Matt’s son, seems equally keen.
He said that it “warms my heart” at the press conference. It was just a chance meeting when Sunday Golf first met Patton, but they soon fell in love with Patton’s swing and became obsessed. Patton trains each day, and it’s an incredible accomplishment to see the hard work he puts into his game pay off. We are so happy for him .”
