The European captain Luke Donald also locked in the 12-player roster of the 2023 Ryder Cup on Monday morning.
The six automatic qualifiers for Team Europe to Marco Simone Golf and Country Club, Spain have been confirmed after the 2023 Omega European Masters. Three of them are from the world points list and the other three are from the European points list. Donald made his six captains’ picks including two surprise rookies.

Four of the 12 players will be making their debuts in the biennial tournament against the Americans who haven’t been able to win on foreign soil since the year 1993.
