Tiger Woods has officially returned to the game. At the end of his round, the round did not go as planned. The 15-time major winner signed for a score of 3-over 75. He is now eight shots behind the leader after the first day of the 2023 Hero World Challenge in Albany on The Bahamas. In Friday’s second-round pairing, he’ll play with Rickie fowler.

Brian Harman, Tony Finau and Jordan Spieth are all tied at 5 under. Jordan Spieth had a very adventurous day . He is alone in third place at 4 under. Cameron Young, the world’s No. Scottie Scheffler is the world No. Viktor Hovland, the two-time defending champ, opened with a 1-over-73 and is alone 16th out of 20 players.
