Carl Yuan, a rookie PGA Tour golfer from Toronto, is leading the 36-hole leaderboard at Oakdale Golf and Country Club with a score of 9-under-133. There are plenty of players chasing him. Ten players are within two shots of the leader, including Canadian Corey Conners who is one shot behind.
Reminder: You’d need to go back into the 1950s to find the most recent time a Canadian has won the Canadian Open.
