In a few short days, the PGA Tour leaves Jackson, Mississippi and the Sanderson Farms Championship for the Shriners Children’s Open, which will be held at TPC Sommerlin, Las Vegas.
Tom Kim, the defending champion, will be back to try and go back-toback. He’ll also be joined by European Ryder Cup winner Ludvig Bhatia and Cam Davis.
Lexi Thompson, the LPGA’s top star, is the highlight of this field. Next week, the 25th-ranked golfer in the world will play alongside the boys on a sponsorship exemption. She is fresh from a Solheim Cup.

The Shriners Children’s Open will feature five players who made it to TOUR Championships, including Tom Kim (defending champion).
