The PGA Tour, DP World Tour and the Renaissance Club will host the 2023 Genesis Scottish Open in North Berwick before the world of golf travels to Royal Liverpool next week for the 151st Open.
The field for Thursday’s tee-off is stacked with talent, including defending champ Xander Schauffele. The world’s No. Scottie Scheffler will be joined by world No.
Schauffele won the title by beating Kurt Kitayama last season. Kitayama had tied for 19th place at the Travelers Championship. Min Woo Lee won his second DP World Tour title in 2021 after surviving a playoff with Thomas Detry and Matt Fitzpatrick.
