GolfWRXers who are older will remember that in 2004, Golf Pride, as part of its celebration of its fiftyth anniversary, released the V55 grip.
The popular model combined Golf Pride’s Tour Velvet and Victory grips, the latter of which features the iconic-in-its-own-right “Grip Rite Swing Rite” alignment aid.

The company claims that the V55 became a staple in golf bags because of its “blend responsiveness, feeling, and throwback design which helped with consistent placement.”
For a limited period, you can make it a staple in your bag once again. Golf Pride has relaunched the V55 in full cord and rubber versions. Both are available on the company’s website.
The corded V55 is $12.99 compared to $11.99 for the non-corded version.
