This week, the PGA Tour 2023 schedule will be launched in Hawaii with The Sentry. Sunday’s final game will have a final hour free of commercials.
Callaway has sponsored the Golf Channel and Peacock to ensure that the last hour of coverage will be free from commercials for the second consecutive year.
Tommy Roy, NBC Sports lead golf producer said, “We are always looking for innovative ways to work together with partners to improve our golf broadcasts at home.” We’re delighted to welcome Callaway back to The Sentry this year for uninterrupted coverage of the crucial moments at the end.
Golf Channel will cover all four days at The Sentry. However, NBC will show two hours of the play from 4-6 p.m. ET will be broadcast on both Saturday and Sunday. The game will be streamed on ESPN+ as well as Peacock.

This week, the typical handoff between cable and network TV has been reversed. Normally, Golf Channel begins coverage before NBC and CBS take over the air duties. This weekend, NBC is the first to air before Golf Channel takes over for the last two hours.
