Kuchar, who finished 39th at the Wyndham Championship in Memphis on Sunday, enters the playoffs at No. 60. The playoffs begin next week. The season-long points standings show that Kuchar is 60th.

The FedEx St. Jude Championship is the first of the FedEx Cup playoff events. This year, only 70 out of 125 FedEx Cup finishers qualified for it, which was a significant drop from the 125 that were eligible (2009-2022), making the competition much more difficult.

Austin Eckroat who was ranked No. 70 at the beginning of the week, got knocked out. The player who missed the cut by 70 yards was knocked out.

Justin Thomas was the odd man out in No. 71.
