Tiger Woods, after much speculation has confirmed that he will be playing at the 2023 Hero World Challenge in Albany, Bahamas.
Woods is not on the golf course after having surgery following his withdrawal from the 2023 Masters. videos showing Woods caddying his son Charlie without a visible limp circulated on social networks in the past few weeks, creating the hope that we would see the 15-time Major Champion sooner than later.
The Hero World Challenge, an event hosted Woods’ TGR Ventures, is a non official PGA Tour. It boasts a team of 20 the best players from around the world, including Scottie Schaffler, Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth. Max Homa and Rickie Fowler are also in the field, as well as Viktor Hovland, Collin Morikawa, and Rickie Spieth.

Woods was unable to participate in the Hero season last year due to plantar faciitis in his right heel.
