Titleist will implement new technology for its Tour Soft and TrueFeel golf ball cores and covers in 2024.
The Tour Soft is a golf ball designed for those who are looking for all-around performance and a lower price than premium ($39.99).
According to the company, a faster core with a larger diameter produces a greater ball speed. The core measures 1.608 inch in diameter and is the largest golf ball with ionomer cover. The ball is equipped with a thin proprietary ionomer cover, Fusablend, for enhanced greenside spin. It also features a dipyramid 346 quadrilateral design.
The FusaBlend cover on Tour Soft’s large core gives golfers the spin they need to hit it closer to the hole. When you use your scoring clubs to hit the ball closer to the hole, Tour Soft FusaBlend covers over the large core give golfers the necessary spin. .”
