The first two rounds at the LPGA Kroger Queen City Championship, held at Kenwood Country Club, in Cincinnati, Ohio are now in the books.

Peiyun, a 32 year old Chinese Taipei golfer, shot 64 the day after shooting 66. He leads with 14 under par, four shots in front of his competitors. Chien, who has had eight top-10s as a professional in the last six years, may finally make a breakthrough this week.

The LPGA is taking a break for three weeks, but several of the big names are heading home early. They’ll get a two-day jump on their LPGA break. The Solheim Cup will be in two weeks, but the next LPGA tournament is not until the end this month with the Walmart NW Arkansas championship.

The 36-hole cut was 1 under. Five big names missed the weekend of the Kroger Queen city Championship.
