Playing well in unofficial, limited-field events is a good idea, especially those hosted by Tiger Woods, 15-time Major Champion. Scottie Scheffler , the winner of this week’s competition, can attest to that.
Sepp Straka, 27, won the 2023 Hero World Challenge by three shots after losing to Viktor Hovland each year in the previous two years. Scheffler won the $1 million top prize in the $4.5million event. Straka won $450,000 in consolation prizes.
