Wyndham was paired up with Justin Thomas in the first round of Thursday’s Travelers Championship after his impressive victory at the U.S. Open at Los Angeles Country Club last week.
Thomas, who is not one to be shy of trash talk, has ribbing Clark in the first round.

Ouch.
Clark’s comment that JT “got out of the way” last week was a reference Thomas’ poor performance in the U.S. Open. The two-time major winner shot +14 in two days, but missed the cut. This performance placed him only three positions ahead of dead last in the week.
